HOW TO USE CALL RECORDING
Ooma Office Pro customers may choose to record calls for a variety of reasons, including:

Creating a formal record of verbal sales transactions

Creating opportunities for customer service or training improvements

Complying with industry regulations or best practices

If you are on Ooma Office PRO - All Users can start (*52) and stop recording(*53) on specific calls by using star codes. If the feature does not work or you would like it added to your account please email trispective support for assistance.

To view your call logs, log in to the End User Portal and navigate to the Dashboard page. There, you will see an overview of your extension’s most recent incoming, outgoing, and missed calls.
NOTE: Recordings will be available for 90 days from the day of recording.
